Connection to our True North
From a very young age, I was drawn to the quiet spaces.
I was raised with horses. They taught me that true partnership requires leaving the EGO out and becoming vulnerable.
The other teachers are “failure and Loss”. They taught me to remain humble and continue on my journey .
I learned the art of active listening with the goal of understanding ,NOT agenda , and found Joy in being present and the power in being “teachable”.
As a huge advocate for self-growth and discovery I began a meditation practice and studied under a Guru .I became extremely aware of my inner dialogue and learned how to regulate my sympathetic nervous system to find my inner quiet spaces . This became my foundation for deep intimate listening. For the next years I studied Intimate Psychology of Relationship and acquired my certificate for Relationship Coaching from The Relationship School with Jayson Gaddis.
Moving forward I focused on trauma . What is trauma? How is it stored in the body ? How do we release it ? How do we find the eye in the storm ? How do we navigate our way back to center when life goes off course ?
I continue to study Trauma and the Nervous system where I‘ve had some profound realizations about human preservation and connection.
During times of strong emotions like anxiety, stress, worry, or fear – we activate trigger responses within our nervous system that sends our bodies into dysregulation.
With process healing we are able to neutralize the memories and beliefs so they are still there but no longer have a negative charge attached to them. This allows us to be lighter, less reactive and get insight into the subject .

My mission is to create a safe space for people to expand their curiosity, find their joy and connect with their authentic selves.
